Have you ever found yourself voluntarily missing a call because you were too busy scrolling down Instagram? Well, I am ashamed to admit I have. More than once, actually. This social network has been one of my hobbies lately. I ended my RoundTheWorld trip a few months ago, and the come-back home has not been easy. I miss living out of a backpack, meeting new people every day, spending time in new places, speaking different languages and eating the yummiest traditional food I can find on the way to my next discovery… Since I need to wait a while before my bank account lets me hit the road again, I had to find some kind of substitute in the meantime. And that’s how I welcomed Instagram into my life. This social network is full of amazing people that will make you travel if you are stuck at home, just scrolling down the screen of your smartphone. Also based in Singapore is Josephine, a German girl who seems to live the dream life. One day, she’s swimming in a deserted infinity pool in Thailand, and the next, she’s enjoying an amazing sunset in Bali or chilling on a stunning rooftop in Istanbul. She shares her love for the world with stunning photos and breath-taking views with her followers.

Australian Nicola Easterby is only 21 year-old, but she’s already been all around the world. She undertook her first big trip in 2012 and it marked the beginning of her passion for travels. Now working as a freelance photographer, she’s constantly on the move. And not only is her traveling background impressive, the pictures she takes in the countries she visits, are simply stunning. Our last Instagrammer comes from Europe and she’s Spanish. Though Carol Pena’s day job is to be an art director, she also is a passionate traveller and photographer. With over 600 000 followers on Instagram, her pictures have inspired people from all around the globe. She just knows how to share her love for the world through a unique content, undeniably original yet very simple.
