Packing Essentials: Trenchcoat Season
What’s the weather like when you look outside your window? Sunny? Windy? Rain? Or maybe all of the above? Living in Berlin I’m voting for the latter and from experience I know that places like London, Prague or New York are similar around this time of year. It is hence a good idea to choose your wardrobe carefully when traveling this season. Personally I am rooting for the trench coat – a timeless and internationally acnowledged all-rounder that keep you dry when it’s raining and warm on chilly spring-nights.
These days I am running up and down the high street to find the perfect trench coat (that is not from Burberry costing 1000-something Euros) and so far I havtn quite fopund the right one. To help you and me deciding, I’ve made a little collection introducing some of my favorite models found online.

1. This pretty classic and straightforward look by Land’s End costs a tiny 22EUR and is available at sears.com

2. With an air of the 60′s comes along this navy piped detail trench coat – debenhams.com 68EUR. would have looked good on Twiggy and will likely look good on me you.
3. Possibly my favorite trench out of this selection is this Femme Wrap Mac to be had for and affordable 54EUR on oli.co.uk
€80-€200:
1. Gorgeous material with a tad bit of shine is found on this gorgeous, shoulder-skirted trench from Topshop 140EUR
2. A lovely summery light option that will look good with any dress is the Alexandria Trench from AllSaints.com 180EUR
3. Finally, I love the sophistication and style behind this elegant grey silver-linen-longline mac - debenhams.com 85EUR
