		<description><![CDATA[Fabulous maps! It&#039;s amazing that the old cartographers could map with any accuracy at all, considering that they only had sextants and surveying tools too work with. We have an exhibit of early maps relating to exploration and settlement of the American Southwest in the Roundhouse (New Mexico&#039;s Capitol building, in Santa Fe). In some maps the distortions are quite interesting. I LOVE maps! Thanks for sharing.]]></description>
